Monitoring Scheduler in MonitorPro
Highly configurable monitoring scheduler to plan and check monitoring is completed on time
The Monitoring Scheduler makes MonitorPro not only aware of the data that has been received, but also aware of data that is due to be collected, and subsequently what data is missing. It is able to pro-actively send reminders and warnings to users according to data status and settings.
- Once schedules are created within the monitoring scheduler, they auto-generate Visits.
- Visits require specific locations to be visited and variables to be measured. When the data arrives in the database, it is marked against the visit, and the percentage is updated.
- Receive reports by email to tell you if a sampling location has been missed, or the lab hasn’t completed the scheduled lab suite.
- Plug in details about your sample bottles, preservatives, and costs to generate bottle labels, chain of custodies and cost reports.
- Monitoring Schedules can be grouped together into common sampling programs, which match the legal requirements on each site.
”We have been using MonitorPro for many years to manage our large quantities of environmental data & found it excellent for importing, storing & reporting to our many stakeholders. We have benefited from EHS's flexibility and willingness to continually develop the product to meet changing demands.
