Field Data Entry in MonitorPro: Enter Data Out in the Field on Any Modern Smart Device, Even Without Network Connectivity
MP-Field in MonitorPro lets users in the field access data on any modern smart device, complete full and guided workflows, manage samples, validate data entry, and take images even without network connectivity. Once you are connected to the network, the monitoring data syncs back to MonitorPro for reporting and analysis.
MP-Field will indicate the sampling locations where monitoring is required and what sampling and analysis should be completed. It even keeps a tally of data entered, identifying where monitoring has been completed and where there is work outstanding. Users can also manage sampling and QA/QC in the field.
Reduce the risk of manual data input errors during field data collection with data validation automatically highlighting unusual or data above compliance limits even when offline, and through input options including drop down lists and date pickers. It also means data is captured directly, removing the need for notebooks/other devices which then have to be transcribed from which could result in manual data input errors.
No installation is required, and it can be used on all common smartphones and tablets with a modern web browser.

Built-in mapping means you can easily navigate to a sample point.
Flexible workflows:
Easily record wildlife observations, groundwater purging, inspections, and audits. Workflows can be directed based on where and when monitoring needs to be completed and what field requirements. Options for conditional workflows based on set responses, drop-down lists, Yes/No, True/False and numerical or text-based responses.
Sample Management:
You can scan sample container barcodes or enter them manually in MP-Field. Trigger reporting and sample management documentation, such as chains of custody (COC), once monitoring is complete.

Photographs and Documents: Take photos in the field to upload to the database, or refer to previously uploaded images and documents when out sampling.
Validation:
Real-time, offline validation of data entry for compliance and expected readings and the ability to see past entries.
