MonitorPro: A World Leading EDMS

Environmental data reporting is essential for a site’s operation, without it a site may fail to meet its environmental permits and regulations resulting in significant fines or closure.  As the focus on environmental management and climate increases the number of permit requirements and legislation will continue to grow increasing the need for extensive and accurate reporting.  With such an importance on the collection of environmental data to meet these reporting requirements, along with the vast amount of data to be stored and analysed a suitable Environmental Database Management System (EDMS) system must be in place.

Its built flexibility allows MonitorPro to accept a range of data without the need to change the file structure. We also have a suite of import routines or pre-process macros which enable us to import a range of file outputs from a number of well-known logger brands and data providers.

The Monitoring Scheduler is a flexible and easy to use scheduling tool to both plan and check monitoring is programmed and completed on time.  It makes MonitorPro aware of both data that has been received and data that is due to be collected.  This means it knows what data is missing and will send reminders and warnings to users according to data status and settings.  Monitoring schedules can also be grouped into common sampling programs to match the legal requirements of the site.

You can also plug in details about your sample bottles, preservatives, and costs to generate bottle labels, chain of custodies and cost reports.

MonitorPro has a dynamic dashboard, enabling users to display a variety of different widgets including: reports, mapping, tables, alerts and multiple graphing options in a centralised location.  Data can be included from different databases and can be created for different reporting needs making them a fast and simple way to view data and observe trends. 

They can also be easily shared between selected users or groups, improving efficiency and reducing the potential for data being lost in emails. 

The calculator can be used to create simple or complex formulae, it includes functions such as IF, Log, Power, Square etc. Purpose-built calculation workflow for Aggregates (min, max, avg, %ile, etc.), along with a predefined calculation library for a number of common functions.  

When the relevant data is imported, the calculator will run and perform calculations on any required results. These results can then be subject to compliance limits, alerts, or used in outputs like any other data.

MonitorPro enables automated reporting and exporting of reports to cover permit reporting requirements.  These reports can be customised to client or industry requirements through the dynamic dashboard with graphs, tables, and maps combined with titles, text and images. 

MP-Field in MonitorPro means you can easily enter data out in the field on any modern smart device, even when you don’t have network connectivity. Once you are connected to the network, the monitoring data will be uploaded to the database.

Reduce the risk of manual data input errors during field data collection with data validation automatically highlighting unusual or data above compliance limits even when offline, and through input options including drop down lists and date pickers.

Built in mapping means you can easily navigate to a sample point, and MP-Field can be used on all common smartphones and tablets with a modern web browser.
